Abstract

The former orientalist conceived that the Holy Quran came as a result of efforts done by prophet, but there are orientalists who believe that it was not due to the efforts by human but it came over the passage of time. Generally, the orientalists made every effort to affront the true and holy image of last prophet PBUH-the final messenger of Allah as well as the Quran, (revealed words of Allah) in a bid to create ambiguity and hurt the reliability of both. They also left no opportunity to touch and allegedly refer to as Satanic verses. Some of them who are more significant in paying heed specifically to this issue in their work are Karen Armstrong, Montgomery Watt and Maxims Robinson. According to objective of their work is to prove this fallacy that Quran does not come due to revelation from Allah. But, most famous Muslim scholars like Al-Qurtabi, Al-Radi, Qadi Ayaz and Ibn al-Arabi provided proofs that this is only myth and Satanic verses have no base at all. The article is focused to analyse the Orientalists views on the satanic verses and their drastic failure in upholding their objectivity pertaining to the false story. This research paper is intended to study that how they failed in proving the major objectives of the false story.

Abstract

Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) has practically guided the Muslims in all spheres of life including faith, jurisprudence, economics, politics and social circles. Muslims’ ruled the world as long as they followed the Prophet and the Islamic teachings. As soon as they started ignoring the rules of Shari’ah, they fell into a political failure and economic deprivation. Leadership is such an important aspect in which lies the secret of national, political and social development. Leadership is given such importance in Islam that Prophet (SAW) has given special instructions about the eligibility to be the leader of Muslim society. According to Islamic Jurisprudence and the teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW), leadership can only be given to the eligible and efficient figures. If authority and control is given to some ineligible or incapable people, it is not only unsuitable but a cruelty. Muslim Ummah in general and the public of Pakistan in particular had never so intensely desired for a noble leadership possessing high qualities as they need it today. Pakistani nation has reached the verge of chaos and destruction which is leading to fatal and horrible consequences. The ideology of standard and capability has clearly been interpreted in Qur’an and Sunnah. This is further supported by the practices of the Muslims in the past. This research has focused on gathering the data about ideology of standard and eligibility for the selection/election of individuals according to the Seerah of the Prophet (SAW).

Abstract

Islam is a complete code of life which provides us guidance and awareness in all fields of life. Amongst the Islamic science, law of inheritance is the most important one. Its importance can be assessed from the very fact that it is that science which has been discussed in detail by Allah in Quran.(Shares of all relatives etc. have been specifically identified in Quran). Through this science Islam has facilitated all of the heirs to receive their shares as per their proportions equally without any distinction on the basis of social position i.e. poor or rich any other consideration. However “here are a few commandments of Islamic science of inheritance regarding which different points of views have been presented by Shia'a sect as compared to that of Ahl-e-sunnat Wal-Aljumaat e.g: Awal (a kind of slaves) Ta'aseeb i.e. the relatives from father side, the inheritance of elder son, of the widow ‘and the grand son from daughter side. In this article we are going to discuss all of the details regarding the disputed points along with the issues on which these two sects have agreed (do not have any difference).
