Abstract

This research paper primarily aims to describe the “Hujjiyat” (Validity and Authority) of Hadith Hasan Lighairihi (Hasan due to others). According to the reliability and memory of the Ravi’s (reporters or narrators), there are four types of hadith, fourth is Hadith Hasan Lighairihi.If there are multiple chains of narration of a Weak hadith, which compensate for its unreliability, then that Hadith will be known as Hasan Lighairihi. Distinguish between the slightly weak Hadeeth and those which are very weak or fabricated. According to Jamhoor (Majority) Muhaddiseen Hasan Lighairihi is Hujjat (valid and authority) in Fazail e Aamal as well as Ahkaam. According to the definitions of al-Tirmidhi and Ibn al-Salah, several similar weak hadiths on a particular issue can be raised to the degree of Hasan if the weakness found in their reporters is of a mild nature. Such a hadith is known as Hasan Lighairihi (Hasan due to others) However, in case the weakness is shadeed (severe) e.g., the reporter is accused of lying, such very weak hadiths will not support each other and will remain weak. Imam al-Tirmidhi has mentioned a Hadith in his Sunan, in the chain of narration of Imam al-Tirmidhi, there is Ravi (narrator) “Aasim” about whom Imam ibn Hajar Asqalani has written Aasim is Daeef (weak) and unreliable, (the doaf of soo ul hifz found in Aasim). Although Imam al-Tirmidhi and Hafiz ibn Hajar clearly mentioned that this Hadith raised to the degree of Hasan Lighairihi due to multiple chains of narration of this slightly weak Hadith.

Abstract

Islam wants to fulfill basic economic needs of everyone in the society as the absence of basic needs lead to different type of crimes. The Zakat is considered by Muslims to be an act of piety through which one expresses concern of the wellbeing of fellow Muslims, as well as preserving social harmony between the wealthy & poor. The concept of zakat was even present before the advent of Islam in the revealed religions, but its principles and methods were different. In this article, comparison of Zakat in Islamic system is being made with other religions to show similarities and differences among them.

Abstract

“Sirah” is an Arabic word which literally means to travel, or manner, behavior, and character. In Islamic literature, “Sirah” is a science which deals with the biography of prophet Muhammad (SAW). In the early era of Islam, Sahaba Kiram began to compile the science of “Sirah” to reserve the details of prophet Muhammad (SAW)’s life. According to Dr. Mustafa Aazami, Urwa ibni Zubair was first to write book on “Sirah” and according to Haji Khalifa, Muhmmad ibni ishaq was first to write book on “Sirah”. Nevertheless, after those Muslim scholars started to write books on “Sirah” in different regions of the world in many languages. According to a survey, more than ten thousand books have been authored in fifty languages in the different parts of the world till now. Likewise of the other region of the world, the Scholars of Malakand Division have also authored many books in “Sirah”. In this article, efforts are being made to present the contributions of those Islamic scholars of Malakand Division, who have authored books in the science of “Sirah”. So 16 books have been discussed in this article, in order to highlight the services of the prophet’s biography in this region.

Abstract

Islam does not allow monasticism and the Turkish world. Then why even in the Islamic era, despite being Muslims, the Rishis continue to adopt the same methods of seeking truth? The reason is that according to the belief of Kashmiri Brahmins in general and Buddhism. Suicide has been considered a prerequisite for spiritual attainment. In addition, since the time of Shaikh-ul-Alam, the effects of Buddhist philosophy have been forgotten here for nine hundred years, apart from the Brahmins, and many of their beliefs. Kashmiris In this legacy, non-violence, suicide, public welfare, brotherhood, tolerance were such practical beliefs that all Kashmiri Buddhists fell in love with them. Shaikh-ul-Alam took up the cause of reformation of racism in Kashmir and along with solitude began to promote Islamic teachings which resulted in people giving up monasticism and started living according to Islamic teachings. He used the Kashmiri language, which was the mother tongue of the people, to spread the message far and wide. His speech is still read and written in Kashmir today and it has been interpreted in different languages. His speech is called the first theology of Kashmiri language.

Abstract

A person's personality, qualities, characteristics, and distinctiveness, among other things, is represented by name. The names are counted in the indications of Islam and in this regard Islamic law has given complete guidance and regulation. Knowledge of the names and attributes of God Almighty is the most noble of the Shariah sciences. Various names are associated to the most prominent personalities and holy figures. Allah’s names are the most beautiful names signifying his greatness and infinity. Prophet (PBUH) is the paramount and most distinguished person in human history, and his blessed names reflect his qualities and character. Purpose of this study is to become further associated with Allah and his Prophet by learning their names and holy titles, as well as relating one’s life with these names to get excellence in our endeavors. Moreover, research goal is to explore common names of Allah Almighty and his Prophet to know more about their titles as they reflect their boundless and countless tributes and traits. The study will analyze and discuss significance of common names of Allah and Prophet (PBUH) in the light of seerah, especially, the life of Prophet (PBUH) before Hijrah (Life in Makkah).

Abstract

Imam Ibn e Kaseer’s personality as biographer has been extraordinary. He is among the celebrated scholars of the 8th century. A big part on prophet’s biography is preserved and well placed in his book “Albidaya Walnihaya ا?بدا?Rے ) .)??ا?? ھا?Rے His manner of biography writing has been unique and diverse. The basic reasons for this are those principles and rules that he kept in view while writing the biography of Holy Prophet ص??0 ا???! ع??`?! ??س??& .There is no doubt that in this biography of Holy Prophet ص??0 ا???! ع??`?! ??س??& there is huge collection of narrations which has been collected from diverse and innumerable sources. He has examined these narrations on prophet’s biography on his own principles and rules and researched them. In writing this review, the said principles and rules will be further elaborated that have been observed in compiling the biography of Holy Prophet ص??0 ا???! ع??`?! ??س??&.

Abstract

No doubt that reading the biographies of pious and honorable Imams from Hadith scholars and readers has many benefits. One of the greatest benefits is that it educates and civilizes souls. Imam Ibn Muhysin Al makki is one of those who can be imitated, may Allah be pleased with him, He was the most knowledgeable among the readers of Makka in grammars and Arabic language. He also had a choice in reading as he get it from the companions, peace be upon them, but his QIRAAT is now considered unusual and odd (SHADHAH) due to its irregularity among other readings (lack of TAWAATUR), So he became one of the four Imams with the considered unusual and odd readings: AL-HASAN AL-BASRI (died: 110 AH), IBN MUHAISIN AL-MAKKI (died: 123 AH), AL-A’MASH AL-KUFI (died: 148 AH), and Yahya al-Yazidi (died: 202 AH), their readings have been transmitted with authentic chains of transmission and were written down in specific books over centuries. Aldhabi considered him among the elite scholars of the readings. This is Imam Ibn e Muhysin Almakki.This is an abstract article in which I introduced the Imam with the summary of his biography as well as the bullets of those who narrated his readings from him, and then I mentioned some of the examples of his unusual and odd readings that contradicted the frequent readings (QIRAAT MOTAWATIRAH), with a mention of its guidance from Arabic language by referring to the original bases. The summary consists of an introduction and three chapters.

Abstract

Abdul Aziz Al-Firharvi[1206 AH-1239 AH] was a broad-minded scholar of indo-pak who, with his erudition, revived many extinct intellectual sciences and metaphysics.He is counted among the influential personalities of the thirteenth century AH who were absorbed in the whirlpool of time and then sometime later on the human psychological nature began to introduce the works of the great scholar to the society and their writings were brought to the level of PhD and M.Phil on research basis with limited sources of that time. However, the introduction of his personal life to the society was not clear due to limited resources and the material became chaotic. And as a result, his personality could not be introduced to the Arabs and non-Arabs with the abundance of modern resources. So, this article is an attempt to make the personality of Abdul Aziz Firharvi known to the society by using modern resources, which will clearly bring out the personal and intellectual personality of Allama Abdul Aziz not only in Arab but also in the world and it will also inspire the researchers to explore his writings.

Abstract

This paper study the role of Quranic stories and parablesin in building characters. The stories and parables have very long history in people’s lives throughout the history, the old and even current individuals utilize these methods and messages in various shapes and examples including orally or illustrations, to convey the message of old generation to younger people, to maintain traditions, customs and create understanding among the youth. The current article tries to focus on role and the importance of Quranic stories characteristics and its moralistic impacts on the human. Quranic stories, Quranic stories, go against to individuals' stories, partake in certain qualities as being godly, having suitable contents, being articulate and clearly expressed, monitoring what will be said about the narratives in which there are the obvious and secret focuses. The Quranic stories and anecdotes carry numerous purposes such as to serve as sample, to explain the facts, to cause thinking, awareness and learning, the recognition of these messages as stories and tales in the Quran and heavenly messages have some instructional impacts like utilizing firm thinking for utilizing by humans for thinking, feelings for reinforcing and reasoning, for strengthening the emotional dimension of individuals behaviors aspect, which has been studies in the paper. The Article highlighted a detailed charter which the Quran has given in connection with each aspect of human personality as there is a verse or more in the Quran which guides a person for each conduct of his life. Abstract

Abstract

Different people had their times and their own thoughts about time in their eras. Some thought that time relates to the changes that occur in the world and the life within the earth, some thought that it was a Devin power and so on. Philosophical schools began the search for time and eternity, between movement, change, existence and annihilation, and the questions whether it is real or unreal time, perceived or imaginary...? There are two types of time, the physical time, and the subjective time. The first one includes the movement of the planets, night and day, hour etc. As for the other, it is the one that deals with the human experiences by which literature is concerned and recites the coloration of human experiences. Different people of different eras had thought about time, some saw that time only consists of the past and the future ignoring the existence of the present, some thought only of the past and the present excluding the future and so on. Some people connected the time with the problems that a human suffers from, some connected it with the changes that occurs around him, some with the changes that occurs in his soul etc. Time has three pillars which includes the past, the present and the future. It is right that these three times are connected, you did then you are doing, and, in the end, you will be doing. The poets use the time according to what suits their poems, sometimes they make it so long to express the heavy and sad moments they lived and suffered from in an emotional and beautiful way while other they make it short to indicate the happy times and the moment they had in that time in a beautiful and cheering way.

Abstract

There is perhaps no other literature so closely allied to the history of its people as is that of the Arabs. The monotony of nomadic life, the rise of Islam, the Arab conquests, the imperial luxury of early Abbasids, the interaction and cross fertilization with other civilizations (notably in Spain), the decline and overthrow of the Caliphate, the period of cultural stagnation, the reactions and inspirations owing to the colonial encounter, and the eventual reawakening of the Arab world to form the vibrant independent states of today—these are all faithfully reflected in Arabic literature particularly in prose writing. The structure of the Arabic prose writing is well –suited to harmonious words-patterns, with elaborate features of eloquence and rhetoric. This article presents a linguistic approach to prose writing form the pre-Islamic era to Ayyubid era. The method used for this research was deductive, analytical, and applied. The purpose of this study is to highlight the characteristic of prose writing and literary style in different periods. This article found the excellent examples & results in this regard.

With the development of means of communication, world has become global village. Human beings witnessed the knowledge explosion at global level. Information regarding almost every walk and issue of life is now a single click away. The accessibility has potential of both authentic and unauthentic information and knowledge in terms of sources and contents. Youngsters are the asset of every nation. They can be engaged both in positive, productive, and inclusive activities as well as confronted with each other based on negative, unauthentic and exclusivist way of news that eventually leads to social disorder and anarchy. Being a religion of nature, Islam suggest such practical, feasible and rational measures to be easily adopted in routine social life for building and sustaining the relationships based on friendship, fraternity, cooperation, diversity, and inclusivism. The golden principles mentioned in the holy Qur’an and demonstrated in the Prophetic traditions guarantee such a social life in which everyone is engaged in a positive, productive, inclusive, and vibrant relationship and consequently an exemplary human society emerges. The paper is an attempt to explore and highlight the Qur’anic teachings and Prophetic traditions about the need, importance, and value of propagating authentic and reality-based news and knowledge and recommend ways of promoting those Qur’anic teachings and Prophetic traditions to be conveniently applied in contemporary society in Pakistan especially in the circles of youngsters.

Abstract

Islam promotes good health and fitness and encourages both men and women to engage in physical activity to maintain healthy lifestyles. Sports and recreation that bring relief to the body and soul are not only permissible in Islam but also desirable for all, without any kind of gender discrimination. However, Islam limits how sport can be practiced, such as Muslim women are not permitted to participate in mixed-gender sports. Numerous Muslim women have been barred from or have felt unfit to participate in sports due to religious misinterpretations or just a lack of awareness about the legal status of women's participation in sports. This research paper references the Holy Qur'an and Hadith as evidence for the importance of exercise and fitness for all including women. A historical overview shows that women's participation in sports has evolved differently in various regions and countries. There is a lot of literature concerning female participation in sports for leisure, but there is little material concerning Muslim women's participation in sports. Sport is, generally, considered a man-oriented and man-dominated activity in Muslim countries. The purpose of this research is to describe the various facets of the situation. For a long time, Muslim Female athletes have been unable to compete at the national and international levels due to a variety of socio-cultural, religious, economic, physical, and psychological barriers. But as of recent studies, Muslim women have achieved outstanding results at the national and international level despite limitations and constraints. This study will examine the engagement, constraints, and perceived limits of women of Muslim countries in physical activities. Additionally, the paper will explore the sports performance of Muslim women as well as analyze initiatives of Muslim countries aimed at encouraging women to engage in sports.
